Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessori per l’allenamento (Training accessories that have been used)
  • Boccagli frontali (Swim snorkels)
  • Occhialini Nuoto (Swim goggles)
  • Cuffie Nuoto (Swim caps)
  • Any customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To start your return or exchange:

  1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following information in your email (you may use the template below).
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions (typically within 1 business day).

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Once your return is authorized:

  1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
  2. Include all original tags and any accessories that came with the item.
  3. Ship the package to our warehouse at:

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our facility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange.
  2. Specify the replacement item and size in your return request.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days.

Note: If the item you’re exchanging for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside Italy:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returning items.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
  • Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
